Shipping Policy

At Indiasi – The Fashion Legacy, every order is carefully prepared and packed to ensure

it reaches you in perfect condition.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation. During festive seasons, launches, or sale periods, processing time may slightly increase.

Delivery Timeline
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or external circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.

Order Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Indiasi is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners after dispatch.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Indiasi, we work with limited-edition designs and small production batches to maintain exclusivity and quality.

Every product goes through a strict multi-step quality check process before dispatch to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.

Because of our limited-batch production model, we maintain the following policy:

No Return Policy
We do not offer returns.

Exchange Policy (Size Issue Only)
We offer size exchange within 2 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and unwashed.
• Original tags must be intact.
• The product must not be altered or damaged.
• A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.

Reverse shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Cash On Delivery (COD) Policy.

To ensure genuine orders and manage increasing courier return charges:

• A ₹100 advance payment is mandatory for all COD orders.
• The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
• Orders without advance payment will not be processed.
• The ₹100 advance is non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
• Customers who refuse COD delivery may not be eligible for future COD services.

This policy helps us maintain fair pricing and smooth operations for all customers.

Cancellation Policy.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
For COD orders, the ₹100 advance is non-refundable once confirmed.
